How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    ITP Co-Ordinator

Step into a brand-new role where full training is provided from day one, with genuine scope to progress your career in the electrical and construction sector.

This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established, highly-regarded electrical installations contractor at a genuinely exciting stage of growth.

As ITP Co-Ordinator, you'll take ownership of Inspection and Test Plans using the Dash-Pivot system, giving you the chance to develop a specialist skill set that's increasingly valuable across the construction and engineering industries. You'll work closely with site teams, engineers, and project managers, keeping documentation accurate and up to date, while occasional fully-expensed site visits (currently Scotland and Norwich) offer a welcome change of pace and the opportunity to see projects come to life beyond the screen. As you settle into the role, there's plenty of room to get involved in shaping and improving ITP templates and processes, making this an ITP Co-ordinator position that grows with you.

This role would suit someone with sharp attention to detail and strong IT and organisational skills, who enjoys keeping things accurate, structured, and on track. Whether you already have an interest in the electrical, construction, or engineering world, or you're simply looking for a role where precision and reliability are genuinely valued, this ITP Co-ordinator opportunity offers a clear route in, with full training and support provided throughout.

Alongside a supportive team environment, you'll also benefit from:

25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
    Health insurance
    Company pension
All expenses paid for any site travel
My client has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality electrical works across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects, and continues to grow off the back of that reputation. Joining as ITP Co-ordinator means becoming part of a supportive, close-knit team where your development is genuinely invested in, with real opportunities to broaden your responsibilities as you grow into the position.

A full driving licence and own car is ideally required for the role.
