The Role
* £18.88 per hour - Your working day starts when you leave home
* 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
* Based out of Invergordon
* Predominantly working across Speyside, with additional sites in Perth and the Isle of Jura
* Overnight stays required depending on location and workload
* Planned and shared out-of-hours callouts on a team rota
Key Responsibilities
* Planned preventative and corrective maintenance
* Routine servicing and inspection of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment
* Fault finding and troubleshooting
* Supporting commissioning and specialist contractors
* Completing site reports and updating maintenance records
* Providing technical feedback to customers and engineering teams
* Working in line with Health & Safety, environmental and compliance requirements
About You
* HND or above, or a time-served apprenticeship in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
* Minimum 2 years’ relevant industrial experience
* Multi-skilled engineering background, ideally with an electrical bias
* Previous field service/support experience
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Confident dealing directly with customers
* Good communication, planning and organisational skills
* Good working knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word and Outlook
* Strong commitment to safe working practices
Stay Away Information
* Monthly PPMs: typically 1–2 nights per month
* Reactive/corrective maintenance: as required, depending on location
* Annual PPMs: as required; the most remote site may require 4–5 nights
* Commissioning: as required, depending on project schedule and location

£39300.00 - £53000.00 per year
