The Role:
Teach across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on the school and your experience
Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment
Assess and monitor pupil progress
Adapt teaching to meet different learning needs
Work closely with colleagues and support staff
Build strong relationships with pupils and encourage their confidence and developmentWe're Looking For Teachers Who:
Are passionate about primary education
Hold QTS or are currently completing their teacher training
Have strong classroom management and communication skills
Are adaptable, reliable and confident
Can quickly build rapport with pupils and staff
Are committed to creating an inclusive and engaging classroom
Have experience supporting children with additional needs - advantageous but not essential
