This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service, housing and administrative experience who is confident dealing directly with residents and managing a varied workload.
The Role
You will provide high-quality frontline customer service to residents within key worker accommodation, helping to ensure a positive and well-managed living experience.
Working closely with the Marketing and Lettings Officer, you will support the complete resident journey, from initial enquiries and applications through to move-ins, tenancy administration and move-outs.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for residents and prospective tenants via telephone, email and reception.
* Provide advice on available accommodation and guide applicants through the application process.
* Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures.
* Complete Right to Rent checks and other required documentation.
* Support income collection and deposit administration.
* Maintain accurate tenant, property and occupancy information across housing systems.
* Process deposits, direct debits, invoices and other financial transactions.
* Liaise with colleagues and contractors regarding property maintenance and repairs.
* Ensure tenancy and accommodation processes are completed accurately and compliantly.
* Help maximise occupancy and ensure a smooth experience for residents.
Essential Experience & Skills
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Good administrative experience with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to confidently manage multiple enquiries and competing priorities.
* Strong IT and data-entry skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with residents, colleagues and external stakeholders.
* Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
* Knowledge of tenancy agreements, housing regulations and compliance requirements would be advantageous.
* Previous experience within Housing, Temporary Accommodation, Lettings, Property Management or a similar customer-facing environment would be beneficial.
