Due to continued growth and an increasing pipeline of projects, they are looking for an experienced Electrical Manager (Solar PV)  to lead their department and take responsibility for engineers, projects, resources and overall operational performance. This is an excellent opportunity for an existing Electrical Manager who wants to join a growing business, have genuine influence and progress their career as the company continues to expand.

As a Electrical Manager (Solar PV), your responsibilities will include:
* Managing the Renewables department, including overseeing engineers, installers and subcontractors
* Managing the delivery of multiple Solar projects from planning through to completion and handover
* Planning engineer schedules, resources, materials and project requirements to ensure efficient delivery
* Providing technical and operational leadership whilst managing project performance, quality and customer expectations

The successful Electrical Manager (Solar PV) should have:
* Proven experience working as a Electrical Manager or Similar 
* Strong technical understanding of Solar PV systems and the full installation process
* Proven experience managing engineers, subcontractors and multiple projects
* Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage a growing department
