Hours: 4 days per week (9:00am to 4:00pm with a 30-minute or 1-hour lunch break). Potential for 5 days per week if required.
Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for sales? Our client, a vibrant and forward-thinking organisation, is seeking a Telesales Executive to join their dedicated team in Swindon. This is a fantastic opportunity to engage with customers and contribute to the success of a growing company!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, promoting products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication.
Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching prospective customers.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience in a telesales or telemarketing role (preferred but not essential).
Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
A positive attitude and a determination to succeed in a sales environment.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
