Administrator

RECfinancial are recruiting an Administrator for a fast paced, market leading manufacturer. This role sits at the heart of the business, supporting finance, retail, wholesale and production teams.

The position is easily commutable from Wigston, Enderby, Oadby, Market Harborough, Lutterworth and surrounding areas.

The Role
Process orders and sales invoices across daily, weekly and seasonal cycles
Manage bespoke orders and coordinate replacements with production & distribution
Support wholesale/independent customers including high volume weekly order processing
Coordinate transport and book pallet deliveries
Maintain service level trackers and assist with sales reporting
Reception duties and general administrationAbout You

35‑hour week, Monday–Friday
