The Role
📚 Plan and deliver engaging lessons within your specialist subject
📝 Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
🎯 Differentiate teaching to meet individual learner needs
🌟 Promote positive behaviour and professional standards
🤝 Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
🚀 Support learners with their progression into employment, apprenticeships or further study
Who We're Looking For
✅ Relevant degree, vocational qualification or significant industry experience within your subject area
✅ Teaching qualification such as PGCE, PCET, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent is desirable, although not essential for some vocational subjects
✅ Experience teaching, training, coaching or assessing learners is desirable
✅ Strong communication, organisation and classroom management skills
✅ Passion for supporting learners and delivering high-quality teaching
✅ Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or willing to obtain registration
