Head of Workplace Services

A leading global FM and workplace services provider is seeking a Head of Workplace Services in London. This is a high-profile leadership opportunity overseeing a prestigious corporate portfolio, with responsibility for a large multidisciplinary team and the opportunity to shape service delivery during a period of significant investment and growth.

The Role
As the Head of Workplace Services, you’ll:

Lead FM and workplace service delivery across a portfolio of high-spec corporate offices.
Oversee a team of 80–90 employees across Facilities Management, Engineering, Property, F&B, Commute and Sustainability.
Drive a customer-first culture focused on creating an outstanding workplace experience.
Work closely with Engineering teams to proactively manage M&E performance and operational risks.
Maintain assets and ensure consistently high standards across the portfolio.
Lead, coach and develop a large multidisciplinary management team.
Build trusted relationships with senior and board-level stakeholders.
Drive collaboration, continuous improvement and service excellence across the account. You To be successful, you’ll bring:

Significant senior-level experience within corporate Facilities Management.
Experience within an outsourced FM or workplace services environment would be highly advantageous.
Proven experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of workplace and technical FM service delivery.
Excellent senior stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
A highly customer-focused approach to workplace services.
Confidence operating at senior leadership and board level.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualification. What's in it for you?
