Previous practical experience within a similar Engineering, Manufacturing or Technical role
Relevant technical qualifications, training or hands-on expertise
Strong technical understanding within your particular discipline
The ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications or documentation
A practical, problem-solving approach and strong attention to detail
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a technical environment
A genuine interest in developing your career within Engineering, Manufacturing or Technical sectors
