How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Provide proactive product education and guidance, ensuring partners understand and maximise the value of their technology.
Monitor the market, keeping up to date with developments in retail, payments, POS, SaaS and consumer finance, as well as competitor activity and emerging technologies.
Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within existing accounts, contributing directly to partner retention and revenue growth.

    About You

You’ll be an experienced account management or commercial professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and finding opportunities to grow existing partnerships.

    Ideally, you’ll bring:

Proven experience in account management, business development or partner success, ideally within financial services, payments, POS or SaaS.
A strong understanding of retail operations and payment technology.
A track record of successfully managing and growing a diverse portfolio of business partners.
Strong commercial awareness, with the confidence to identify opportunities and have commercially focused conversations.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
A genuine interest in technology and how it can improve efficiency, customer experience and business performance.
The ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear, practical benefits for customers.
A collaborative approach and the confidence to work effectively across Sales, Product, Technical and Support teams.
A proactive, organised and solutions-focused mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

    What Our Client Offers:

    £50,000 – £55,000 basic salary + OTE £60,000 – £65,000.
33 days’ paid holiday, including statutory bank holidays.

You’ll have a visible role in developing some of their most important partnerships, with the freedom to build relationships, identify opportunities and make a tangible impact on both their partners and their business.
