Key Responsibilities for the Audio Visual Installation & Service Engineer:

Installing AV and digital display systems

Providing service and maintenance support for AV and IT equipment

Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with remote helpdesk support

Completing reports and documentation using online systems

Adhering to Health & Safety and company codes of conduct

Driving to client sites in your area (occasional overnight stays)
Skills & Experience

Proven experience in AV installation, service, or technical engineering

Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills

Excellent communication and customer‑service approach

Full UK driving licence
