An established and highly regarded professional services business is looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join its team in the Peterborough area.
This is a varied, client-facing role where you'll take ownership of a residential portfolio, build strong client relationships and play an active role in shaping how properties and estates are managed.
What you'll be doing
Managing a varied residential property portfolio
Acting as the key contact for clients, tenants and contractors
Overseeing inspections, maintenance, repairs and contractor works
Managing lettings, tenancies and rent reviews
Advising clients on rental values, legislation and estate strategy
Managing budgets, cashflow and rental arrears
Supporting business development and winning new instructions
Providing guidance to colleagues and contributing to the wider team
What we're looking for
You'll have solid experience in residential property or estate management, excellent client-facing skills and the confidence to take ownership of your portfolio.
ARLA, AssocRICS or MRICS would be advantageous, alongside a commercially minded and proactive approach.
