Shift: 4 on, 4 off - 7:00pm to 7:00am

The Recruitment Group is currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our well-established client based in Loughborough.
As a Production Operative, you will work as part of a busy production team, supporting the manufacture, assembly, packing and inspection of a range of products. Your duties will vary depending on the area you are assigned to and may include:
. Loading and handling materials onto the production line
. Removing finished products from the production line
. Packing and preparing products for dispatch
. Inspecting finished goods to ensure quality standards are met
. Keeping your work area clean, tidy and safe
. Working collaboratively as part of a team to meet production targets
About You
Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable working night shifts and can work effectively as part of a team.
