The Role
Deliver engaging lessons across the curriculum
Plan and prepare appropriate learning activities
Manage classroom behaviour effectively
Support pupils with their academic and personal development
Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community
Create a positive, inclusive and well-structured classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working with children or young people
Confident communicating with pupils and staff
Able to establish positive relationships with students
Strong classroom presence and effective behaviour management skills
Enthusiastic, adaptable and committed to supporting pupil progress
A genuine interest in developing a career within education
