Priority will be given to applicants with previous experience supporting children or young people.
We are also interested in hearing from people without direct education experience who are considering a career in the sector. Transferable experience in areas such as youth work, coaching, care, sports, mentoring, administration or customer-facing roles can be valuable. Relevant degrees and qualifications are also considered.
You will need patience, reliability, good communication skills and a genuine commitment to supporting learning.
