About the Role
We are looking for a Concierge Receptionist – Assistant to join the team at a high-end residential development in SW3
The ideal candidate will have a great personality, excellent customer service skills, and an understanding of delivering service to a high-end residential standard.
Concierge Receptionist Key Responsibilities
* Man the Residence front entrance and provide a welcoming and professional service to residents and guests.
* Assist the Concierge Receptionists with a variety of front-office, concierge and administrative duties.
* Maintain the high standards, procedures and policies of the development
* Respond effectively to the ever-changing needs of residents.
* Provide a consistently professional and attentive level of customer service.
* Be multi-skilled and able to multitask, as required by the role.
Working Hours
The role operates on a rotating shift pattern, including:
* Early: 7:00am – 3:00pm
* Late: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
* Occasional day shifts:
Shifts will vary depending on business needs.
Salary & Benefits
* £34,500 gross annual salary, inclusive of holiday pay
* Average 40 hours per week
* 2 days off per week
* 5.6 weeks' holiday per year
* Potential non-contractual bonus of up to 1 week's pay, paid in June and December
* Uniform provided
* Potential salary review following successful completion of probation
* Salary paid in arrears by bank transfer, subject to Income Tax and National Insurance deductions.
