We’re a well-established and growing recruitment business with offices in Swinton and Blackburn, specialising across a range of engineering and technical sectors. Due to continued growth, we’re now looking for a driven Sales Executive to join the Swinton team with a structured training route to become a Specialist Recruitment Consultant.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong B2B sales experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career, developing high-level sales, negotiation, and people skills while earning great commission and progressing fast.
The Role
Starting as a Sales Executive, you’ll:
Proactively engage with businesses to introduce our services and identify hiring needs
Develop strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and value-led communication
Generate new business opportunities and leads
Work closely with senior recruiters to learn the full recruitment process
Build your knowledge of niche engineering markets and “hard to find” talent
Progress into managing your own recruitment desk, taking full control of client relationships and placements

Proven success in a B2B sales or outbound business development role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
