Responsibilities
* Being responsible for effectively managing the schedules for all engineers travelling to and from jobs.
* Answering phone queries, emails, CRM cases, Scheduling and confirming appointments, and inputting data into the CAFM system
* Maintaining all tasks, including raising jobs, requisitions, follow-on works, and sub-contractor works; ensure all records are always kept up to date including job details, appointments, job statuses, relevant time & dates, costs
* Building up strong personal relationships with clients & tenants.
Requirements
* Proven experience in scheduling or project management, preferably within the HVAC or construction industry.
* Familiarity with SAP or similar project management software is a plus.
* Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Working hours: 8:00am - 16:30pm (30 mins lunch) & 8:30am - 17:00pm (30 mins lunch) on alternating weeks
Salary: £27,810pa
