Welfare Labourer Required 

Join our construction team as a Welfare Labourer and play a vital role in maintaining essential site facilities in Brighton.

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Welfare Labourer to join our team on a busy construction site in the Brighton area.

Welfare Labourer Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and maintaining all site welfare facilities (canteens, toilets, offices, drying rooms)

Ensuring welfare areas are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene

Restocking consumables (toilet rolls, soap, hand towels, etc.)

Once welfare duties are completed, assisting site teams with general labouring tasks

Supporting trades and helping keep the site clean, safe, and organised

Following all site health & safety procedures at all times

Welfare Labourer Requirements:

Previous welfare or site labouring experience preferred

Valid CSCS card (essential)

Strong work ethic and willingness to get involved with site duties

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Own transport beneficial due to location
