To be part of this crew you will enjoy a hands-on role working with materials and tools, with the ability to undertake work of a physical nature both indoors and out.
The work can be on a part time or full-time basis, to suit your requirements, and will pay an average of £140.00 per 9-hour day. The role is currently offered on a temporary basis, with the potential for permanent employment in the future, depending on circumstances.
This would suit someone who enjoys practical, physical work, particularly those with a construction, shopfitting, exhibitions, warehouse or similar background.
Duties of the Events Crew/Installer
* Building exhibition stands and temporary structures from plans.
* Using hand tools and other equipment.
* Loading and unloading equipment, including some heavy lifting.
* Working indoors and outdoors, sometimes across different UK locations.
* Working as part of a team and following instructions from a project lead.
Essential Requirements of the Events Crew/Installer
* Previous experience using hand tools and assembling structures.
* Good attention to detail and teamwork.
* Physically capable of manual work.
* Reliable, punctual and able to meet deadlines.
* Good communication and a positive attitude.
* Full clean UK driving licence preferred but not essential.
* Right to work in the UK without restriction.
* Your own transport is required because the site is in a rural location
