The Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Assistant to join our client's team on a temporary basis for an initial 1-month contract.
This is a busy, hands-on role where you will manage the full recruitment life cycle, supporting a charity with high-volume recruitment activity while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
Sourcing and screening candidates
Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews
Coordinating recruitment campaigns
Supporting on boarding and compliance processes
Assisting the wider HR and recruitment team when required
Ensuring recruitment activities are completed efficiently and accurately
About You
Proven experience managing the full recruitment life cycle
Confident conducting interviews, screening candidates and on boarding new starters
Comfortable working within a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
Highly organised with excellent communication skills
A supportive team player
Proactive, resilient and adaptable
Caring and personable, with an appreciation for the values of a charity supporting vulnerable adults
Previous experience within healthcare, social care or the charity sector would be advantageous
Essential Requirements
Please note, candidates must meet all of the following criteria:
Hold a valid Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service
Be available to start immediately
Be able to work on-site in Godalming
Available for the full duration
