Job title: Engineering Supervisor (M&E)
Location: King’s Cross, London
Terms: Permanent Contract, Full Time – 40 hours per week
Salary/rate: Salary up to £60,000 + package

Requirements: Qualifications Required
Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering within the relevant discipline (Essential)
Previous experience as an Engineering Supervisor or Lead Engineer within Facilities Management / Building Services
Strong technical background within M&E maintenance
Experience working on high-end commercial or corporate buildings
Good understanding of planned and reactive maintenance
Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and safe systems of work

Responsibilities
Supervise and support a team of M&E engineers on site
Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities
Ensure all technical issues and building services faults are resolved efficiently
Maintain and manage KPI and SLA performance
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures
Manage the permit-to-work system and safe systems of work
Assist with small project works and building shutdowns
Maintain strong day-to-day client relationships
Support the technical development and performance of the engineering team Candidate Requirements
Previous experience as an Engineering Supervisor within FM / Building Services
Level 3 qualification within the relevant Mechanical or Electrical discipline
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems
Experience working within high-end commercial environments
Client-facing, professional, and confident communicator
Proven leadership and team management skills
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
