How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    We are searching for a remote working dynamic and experienced Account Manager to lead and manage our client's relationships across the North of England.

    In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of key accounts within the NHS and Healthcare sector, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the successful delivery of our clients solutions.

    This is a highly strategic and customer-facing role, requiring strong leadership, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape.

    Our client is a Healthcare Services organisation with a singular focus on delivering exceptional solutions and services to the NHS and healthcare system providers. Due to an exciting period of growth, they are looking to expand their team.

    The team is composed of professionals who bring extensive experience within the NHS, ensuring that their solutions are tailored to meet the unique needs of the Healthcare sector. Their deep understanding of the NHS, combined with their commitment to improving patient care, positions the company as a trusted partner for healthcare providers.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    Develop and execute account strategies to achieve business objectives and growth targets within the North of England.
    Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships based on trust and mutual success.
    Understand the unique needs and challenges of each client, working closely with them to identify opportunities for further engagement and solution adoption.
    Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer to align regional sales strategies with overall company objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to market penetration and client engagement.
    Share insights and feedback from client interactions with the Chief Revenue Officer, contributing to the refinement of sales tactics and product offerings.
    Work in tandem with the Chief Revenue Officer to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing relationships and market knowledge.
    Support the Chief Revenue Officer in key presentations, client meetings, and contract negotiations, providing expertise on account-specific needs and challenges.
    Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and discussions on pricing.
    Monitor and analyse account performance, providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
    Stay informed about industry trends, NHS policies, and competitor activities to anticipate client needs and position the business as a preferred partner.
    Drive customer advocacy, identifying opportunities for case studies, testimonials, and references.Required Skills and Qualifications:

    Extensive experience in account management or sales, preferably within the healthcare sector and with NHS clients.
    Proven track record of managing and growing large accounts, with a focus on building strong customer relationships.
    Deep understanding of the NHS landscape, including its structure, challenges, and procurement processes.
    Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex contracts and deliver favourable outcomes.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.What We Can Offer
