How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Enrich Education Recruitment is working with a welcoming 2-form-entry primary school in Brent seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a Key Stage 2 pupil with autism.

The pupil benefits from routine, consistency, clear communication and support with emotional regulation.

The school is looking for someone patient and proactive who can build a positive relationship with the pupil while helping them access learning and participate fully in school life.

    The Role

    You will:

    *

    Provide dedicated 1:1 ASD support

    *

Help the pupil remain engaged during lessons

Support learning across the KS2 curriculum

    *

Use visual resources and clear instructions

    *

Support transitions and changes to routine

    *

Help manage sensory and emotional needs

    *

    Encourage communication and social interaction

    *

    Support English and Maths activities

    *

    Promote confidence and independence

    Essential Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will ideally have:

    *

Experience supporting children with SEN, particularly ASD

A calm, patient and consistent approach

    *

    Strong behaviour-management skills

    *

    Confidence adapting classroom activities

    *

    Good communication skills

    *

The ability to commit to a long-term role

Experience using PECS, visual timetables, now-and-next boards, Zones of Regulation, sensory strategies or de-escalation techniques would be particularly valuable.

    The School

This is an inclusive 2-form-entry primary school with a supportive leadership team and established SEN provision.

Teachers and Teaching Assistants work closely together, and you'll receive regular guidance from the class teacher and SENCO rather than being expected to manage the placement alone.

The school is well connected for candidates travelling from Wembley, Willesden, Harlesden, Neasden and Kilburn, with good local bus and rail connections.

Enrich Education Recruitment is committed to safeguarding children. All successful applicants will be subject to relevant compliance checks, including an Enhanced DBS, right-to-work checks and satisfactory references.
