There are multiple requirements within the team, covering both 3D Revit modelling and detailing and 2D construction drawing production, so we're interested in speaking with Technicians experienced across either area.
What you'll be doing
Producing detailed Stage 5 construction information
Creating and developing drawings using Revit
3D modelling and architectural detailing
Producing accurate 2D construction drawings
Supporting delivery across commercial, residential and data centre projects
Working alongside the wider architectural and BIM teamWhat we're looking for
Previous experience as an Architectural Technician / Technologist
Strong working knowledge of Revit
Experience producing construction-stage drawings
Strong technical detailing skills
Experience with RIBA Stage 5 delivery
Commercial project experience would be advantageousThe opportunity
£27-£30 per hour on an initial 3-month contract, with multiple positions available across both 2D drawing production and 3D Revit delivery.
