Paralegal – Residential Property

Are you an organised and proactive Paralegal looking to develop your career in Residential Property? Field Seymour Parkes is seeking a motivated individual to join our highly regarded Residential Property team and support the delivery of exceptional client service.

About the Role

As a Residential Property Paralegal, you will work closely with experienced solicitors and legal executives on a broad range of property transactions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a leading regional law firm known for its supportive culture and commitment to professional development.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting fee earners with residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.

Preparing legal documentation and correspondence.

Managing client files and maintaining accurate records.

Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and third parties.

Conducting searches and handling Land Registry applications.

Supporting post-completion processes and file closure procedures.

Providing a professional and responsive service to clients.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in a Residential Property or Conveyancing environment.

Possesses excellent organisational and administrative skills.

Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Can manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a busy team.

Is proactive, enthusiastic and committed to delivering outstanding client service.
