Are you an experienced Commercial Plumber looking for a role that offers variety, autonomy and long-term career stability?
We're recruiting for a skilled plumber to join a growing team working across commercial properties throughout London. This is a mobile role where you'll be responsible for maintenance, fault finding, repairs and installations across a range of plumbing and heating systems.
You'll be trusted to manage your own workload, diagnose issues efficiently and provide a high standard of service to customers. The role would suit someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in their work and is confident working on both larger commercial systems and more traditional plumbing installations.
Key Responsibilities
Service, maintain and repair commercial plumbing systems
Fault find and resolve issues on pumps, pressurisation equipment and heating systems
Carry out reactive maintenance and planned works
Diagnose and repair leaks
Attend breakdowns and emergency call-outs when required
Complete job reports and communicate findings clearly
Deliver excellent customer service on site
Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
What We're Looking For
Strong background in commercial plumbing
Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)
Experience working on pumps, heating systems and plant room equipment
Good fault-finding ability and a practical approach to problem solving
Comfortable working independently across multiple sites
Strong communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence
Package
Basic salary between £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
