How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Landlord & Tenant specialist to join the national Lease Advisory team of a leading multidisciplinary property consultancy, at a pivotal moment in the team's growth.

Our client has built a formidable reputation for delivering expert lease advisory services to a prestigious client base spanning institutions, developers, retailers and the public sector. With a strong network of hub offices across the UK and a growing national Lease Advisory offering, this is a rare chance to join a close-knit, high-performing team and help shape its future direction.

This is a career-defining role offering genuine influence, high-profile instructions, and a clear path to further seniority within a business investing heavily in this area for the long term.

    The Role

As Associate Director within the Lease Advisory team, you will play a central role in delivering landlord & tenant advice across a national portfolio, while helping to drive the team's growth and reputation.

    Key responsibilities include:

Leading on rent review and lease renewal instructions across a national client base
Supporting wider lease and asset management opportunities
Inspecting and measuring assets, and gathering robust comparable evidence
Preparing client schedules, lease event reports and client-facing advice
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, opposing advisors and colleagues
Playing an active part in the growth and strategic direction of the Lease Advisory team
Identifying and securing new instructions from existing and new clients
Supporting senior Partners on larger instructions, key client relationships and business generation
Collaborating with wider commercial teams to develop new fee opportunities and maintain a joined-up client offering
Championing the Lease Advisory team's profile both internally and in the wider market About You

We're looking for a technically strong, commercially minded Landlord & Tenant professional who is ready to take on real ownership and help build something.

    You will ideally have:

    Chartered MRICS status
Extensive post-qualification experience in Landlord & Tenant work
A recognised specialism in landlord & tenant matters
Strong business development skills and existing industry contacts
A proven track record of managing and growing client relationships
Excellent communication, interpersonal and people management skills
A proactive, self-driven approach to identifying new opportunities Why Join?

This is far more than a lease advisory role — it's the chance to help build and shape a growing national team from a position of real influence.

    You'll benefit from:

A high-profile role with genuine autonomy and a seat at the table in shaping team strategy
Exposure to an impressive and varied national client base and high-value instructions
Direct access to senior stakeholders, key clients and decision-makers
A collaborative, entrepreneurial culture within an established and supportive team
Strong flexibility on location, working across the firm's national hub office network
Clear progression opportunities within a business actively investing in this team's expansion
A competitive salary of £70,000–£80,000, plus company car, and a comprehensive benefits package If you're looking for a role that combines national reach, high-profile client exposure and genuine influence over a growing team's direction, we'd love to hear from you.
