We are currently recruiting for an experienced Domestic Plumber to join a busy reactive maintenance team covering domestic properties across London.
The role will involve attending residential properties to complete reactive plumbing repairs, maintenance and general plumbing works. We are looking for a reliable, professional plumber who is confident working independently and dealing directly with customers.
Duties
Attend domestic properties to carry out reactive plumbing works
Diagnose and repair plumbing faults
Carry out general plumbing repairs and maintenance
Repair leaks, taps, toilets, pipework and sanitaryware
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance as required
Complete minor remedial and making-good works where necessary
Liaise professionally with customers and provide excellent service
Complete job sheets and relevant paperwork
Work safely and in accordance with current regulations and company procedures
Requirements
Proven experience as a Domestic Plumber
Strong reactive maintenance and fault-finding experience
Experience working in domestic properties
Good knowledge of general plumbing systems
Relevant plumbing qualifications preferred
Full UK driving licence
Own tools and PPE
Good communication and customer service skills
Reliable, professional and able to work independently
Desirable: Experience working on reactive maintenance contracts and emergency call-outs.
