Job Title: MSK Physiotherapist - Occupational Health 
Location: Bristol, Hybrid Working
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 

About the role 

Are you an experienced MSK Physiotherapist looking to develop your career within Occupational Health? We’re recruiting for an exciting opportunity supporting a leading client in Bristol.

You’ll work 2 days onsite in Bristol (1pm–9pm) as the sole physiotherapist, providing face-to-face MSK assessments and evidence-based rehabilitation. On your remaining days, you’ll work remotely (8:30am–4:30pm), managing cases through:

Main duties:

✔️ Telephone assessments
✔️ Exercise programme reviews and progression
✔️ Follow-up consultations
✔️ Clinical reporting
✔️ Functional capacity and workplace recommendations
✔️ Return-to-work support

You’ll use a biopsychosocial approach to help employees overcome barriers to recovery and remain safely in work.

Qualifications and skills: 

🔹 Qualified Physiotherapist
🔹 Minimum 18 months' UK post-registration experience
🔹 HCPC registered
🔹 Full CSP member
🔹 Strong MSK experience
🔹 Interest or experience in Occupational Health
🔹 Excellent clinical reasoning and communication skills
🔹 Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
