Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for an SEN Cover Supervisor to join a school in Northampton from September.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience working with children or young people, particularly within an SEN setting, who is confident managing a classroom and supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.
The role will involve:
Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher
Delivering pre-set work and maintaining a positive learning environment
Supporting pupils with SEN and adapting your approach where required
Managing behaviour effectively and confidently
Working closely with teachers and support staffThe ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a school or similar setting, a calm and consistent approach, and a genuine commitment to supporting pupils' learning and development.
Tradewind Recruitment can offer up to £130 per day PAYE, with both part-time and full-time positions available from September.
