Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor

Location: Birmingham – Hybrid
Salary: £50,000 + Bonus
Hours: Full Time
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3–4 days per week in the office
Contract: Permanent

### The Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor to join an established and growing legal practice in Birmingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident property solicitor looking to join a supportive, forward-thinking firm with a varied commercial property caseload and the opportunity to develop their career.
You will manage your own caseload, working with a range of clients on commercial property transactions from initial instruction through to completion.

### Key Responsibilities

Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters.

Handle the acquisition and disposal of commercial property.

Advise landlords and tenants on commercial leases.

Deal with lease renewals, assignments and surrenders.

Handle property transactions involving offices, retail premises, industrial units, land and other commercial assets.

Undertake title investigations and property due diligence.

Draft and review contracts, leases and other property documentation.

Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors throughout transactions.

Provide clear, commercially focused legal advice.

Maintain accurate files and ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met.

Develop strong relationships with existing clients and contribute to the continued growth of the department.
### About You

We are looking for a qualified Solicitor with solid experience in commercial conveyancing/property.
You should have:

Previous experience managing a commercial property caseload.
Strong knowledge of commercial conveyancing transactions.
Experience dealing with commercial leases and acquisitions/disposals.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Strong client management and communication skills.
The ability to manage your own workload and work independently.
Excellent attention to detail.
A commercial and practical approach to providing legal advice.
Ideally 5+ years PQE
