Polyteck Building Services is looking for an experienced Static Building Services Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance at a client site in London.
The role will involve maintaining building services systems, completing PPMs, attending reactive issues and ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

What you'll be doing
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
* Attend reactive maintenance issues and building repairs
* Service, maintain and fault-find mechanical and M&E systems
* Carry out routine inspections in line with PPM schedules
* Complete job reports, logbooks and maintenance records accurately
* Identify and report remedial works
* Monitor plant rooms and site equipment
* Ensure scheduled works are completed on time
* Work in accordance with Health & Safety procedures and risk assessments
* Liaise professionally with clients, tenants and contractors on site
What we're looking for
* Experience in Building Services Maintenance
* Experience working with mechanical and M&E systems
* Relevant and up-to-date qualifications
* Good fault-finding and maintenance skills
* Experience carrying out a range of PPM duties
* Ability to work independently on a static site
* Good communication and customer service skills
* IT literate and comfortable updating jobs and timesheets electronically
