The Role of the field service engineer:

Service, maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment
Installation and commissioning of machinery
Planned and preventative maintenance
Mechanical fault finding and diagnostics
Working directly with customers on-site
Completing service reports and documentation
Travelling to customer sites across the Kent area
The Successful field service engineer:

Mechanical engineering background
Experience working on machinery, plant or industrial equipment (desired)
Strong mechanical fault-finding skills
Able to read engineering drawings
Full UK Driving Licence
