We are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a busy and friendly team producing high-quality cheese products enjoyed across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a respected local employer.
Fixed Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday
06:00 - 15:00 (Fixed Morning Shift)
14:00 - 22:00 (Fixed Afternoon Shift)
✅ No rotating shifts
Duties Include
Packing and labelling products
Quality checking finished goods
Rubbing and handling cheese products
Heavy lifting and manual handling duties
Lifting and moving cheese blocks weighing up to 8kg
Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Candidate Requirements
Previous food production experience is desirable but not essential
Reliable and hardworking attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in a food manufacturing setting, including a strong cheese aroma
Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling duties
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
