Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of high-quality Revit models, drawings and digital design information across a varied project portfolio.
Support multidisciplinary engineering and project teams by turning technical input into clear, coordinated and buildable design documentation.
Undertake quality checks on models and drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements, internal standards and ISO 19650 principles.
Use Autodesk Construction Cloud and common data environments to support efficient collaboration and information management.
Work closely with Project Managers, BIM Managers, engineers and designers to manage priorities, resolve information gaps, and support delivery to programme and budget.
Mentor technicians and junior team members, helping build confidence, capability and consistency across the team.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, strengthen assurance and embed best practice across digital delivery.
Job Requirements:
Highly proficient in Autodesk Revit and confident producing coordinated, high-quality models and drawings.
Understanding of BIM standards, ISO 19650 principles, model coordination, common data environments, and digital delivery workflows.
Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud for project collaboration.
Collaborative skills to work effectively with engineers, project managers, designers and external stakeholders.
Strong quality mindset and understanding the importance of accurate, well-governed design information.
Enjoy mentoring others and helping teams improve how they work.
Experience with Water projects/processes.
Knowledge of Civil 3D, 4D modelling or wider Autodesk Design Suite tools is advantageous but not essential.
