The Role

You will:

Teach Maths across the appropriate secondary age range.
Plan and deliver well-structured lessons.
Monitor student progress and adapt teaching accordingly.
Maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement.
Work collaboratively with the Maths department.
Contribute to the wider life of the school.
Support students to develop confidence and independence in mathematics.Requirements

QTS is essential.
Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
Secondary school teaching experience.
Ability to plan and deliver effective lessons.
Strong classroom management.
Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.The position is initially offered as long-term cover, with permanent employment potentially available for the right candidate.
