FP&A Manager

What will the FP&A Manager role involve? 

Overseeing daily operations to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency, aligning with the company’s strategic goals
Leading and coaching teams to meet performance targets, foster teamwork, and drive continuous improvement
Developing and implementing business plans that support growth ambitions and enhance overall business performance
Building strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to strengthen market position
Analysing financial and operational data to identify opportunities, optimise processes, and support decision-making
Suitable Candidate for the FP&A Manager vacancy:

Candidates for this role will ideally be ACA,CIMA or ACCA qualified 

Proven experience in a leadership role within a medium/large business and fast-paced environment
Sound understanding of business operations, financial processes, and performance metrics
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
A strategic thinker with a proactive approach and a drive for delivering results
