We're partnering with a well-known UK consumer services business that is investing heavily in AI through a dedicated AI Centre of Excellence. The team works across multiple business divisions, identifying, prioritising and implementing AI opportunities that drive measurable outcomes. Current initiatives span conversational AI, voice AI, knowledge management and RAG-based solutions. This role offers the opportunity to influence AI adoption at scale across commercial growth functions.
Role
As a Senior AI Product Owner, you'll own a portfolio of AI opportunities across pricing, marketing and subscription-focused business areas, taking initiatives from discovery through to adoption. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and specialist delivery teams to ensure AI solutions deliver tangible commercial value.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI discovery workshops to identify and shape high-value opportunities
- Prioritise and manage a portfolio of AI initiatives across commercial functions
- Develop business cases, value hypotheses and success metrics for GenAI solutions
- Drive adoption of Conversational AI, Voice AI and RAG-based capabilities
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes across pricing, marketing and subscriptions
- Coordinate implementation with AI specialists, engineers and delivery teams
- Track business impact, adoption and continuous improvement of deployed solutions
Key Details
Salary Range: £80k-90k (stretch to £95k) fixed income + 20% bonus
Working Model: Southwark, London | 3 days per week in office
