How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Through practical assistance, advocacy, emergency response and wellbeing services, the organisation makes a tangible difference to lives across more than 50 countries.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in fundraising, partnerships or account management. Working within a successful corporate fundraising team, you will help deliver excellent supporter experiences, manage a portfolio of corporate donors, and provide vital administration and stewardship support that underpins long-term partnership success.

    Why this role?

    In this position, you will:

    • Manage relationships with a portfolio of corporate supporters, providing excellent stewardship and account management.
    • Act as a first point of contact for enquiries and coordinate timely follow-up actions.
    • Lead on invoice administration, liaising with finance colleagues and supporting payment collection.
    • Coordinate acknowledgements, supporter communications and stewardship activities.
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure CRM systems remain the single source of truth.
    • Support prospect research, reporting, presentations and partnership development activity.
    • Help coordinate meetings, events and networking opportunities, ensuring actions are delivered effectively.
    • Work across teams to improve processes, remove barriers and support smooth internal collaboration.

    What we're looking for

We are interested in speaking with candidates who can demonstrate:

    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
    • Experience in administration, customer service, fundraising support, account management or relationship management.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging a range of stakeholders.
    • Good judgement and the ability to identify when matters should be escalated.
    • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to learn.
    • Confidence working with databases, CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
    • An interest in fundraising, partnerships or supporter engagement.
    • The ability to build positive working relationships and navigate competing priorities effectively.

Experience of fundraising or supporter stewardship would be beneficial but is not essential. We welcome applications from candidates early in their career, including recent graduates who can demonstrate the skills and qualities needed to succeed.

    • 25 days annual leave plus public holidays
    • 7% employer pension contribution
    • Life assurance (3x salary)
    • Employee Assistance Programme
    • Retail discount vouchers
    • Cycle to work scheme
    • Free eye tests
    • Access to learning and development opportunities

    Join a values-led organisation

This organisation is committed to being pioneering, inclusive, collaborative, accountable and caring. We welcome applications from individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences who are motivated by the opportunity to support meaningful global impact through excellent relationship management, stewardship and partnership support.

We want you to have every opportunity to demonstrate your skills, ability and potential; please contact us if you require any assistance or adjustment so that we can help with making the application process work for you.
