The Role
- Own analytics across growth, product adoption, customer engagement, retention, and monetisation.
- Identify opportunities through data and turn insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to influence product and commercial strategy.
- Design and measure experiments that drive business performance.
- Improve how key metrics are tracked, measured, and understood across the company.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Growth Analytics, Product Analytics, Commercial Analytics, or Data Science.
- Hands-on expertise with SQL and modern analytics tools.
- Proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes through data.
- Commercially minded with experience influencing strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex insights.
