We are working with an elite international law firm who is seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Corporate team within their Belfast office.
The Role
The successful candidate will join market-leading Corporate practice, assisting in a range of corporate and commercial matters, often across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities include supporting clients in M&A, private equity, and re-organisations, as well as conducting large-scale due diligence projects, drafting due diligence reports, and drafting corporate and commercial documentation. The candidate will also support clients in corporate transactions, deal execution, joint ventures, post-merger integrations, and corporate governance.

Essential Criteria
- 2+ PQE;
- Strong background in corporate and M&A within a medium to large commercial practice;
- Excellent commercial awareness;
- Outstanding academics;
- Negotiation skills;
- Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness;
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
