Salary & Working Hours
- Majestic Wine (Hemel Hempstead): £37,053.56 per annum (£16.77/hr) | Full-Time, Permanent (42.5 hours/week)
- Enotria (Park Royal): Competitive rates based on vehicle class (7.5T & HGV2 / Cat C) | Full-Time, Permanent (42 hours/week) Monday - Friday (occasional Saturday)
The Role Delivering exceptional products to our retail stores, customer homes, and commercial client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out deliveries to customers in a professional, courteous manner.
- Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering strictly to traffic laws and the Highway Code.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical delivery and collection records.
- Demonstrate top-tier customer service skills on every route.
- Ensure all vehicle equipment and loads are properly secured.
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Driving Credentials: Valid UK Driving Licence, CPC qualification, Digi Tachograph card, and a maximum of 6 penalty points (No DR, DD, or IN endorsements).
- Driving Experience: Minimum 24 months of recent LGV/Cat C driving experience (or Cat C1 for 7.5T roles).
- Communication & Numeracy: Strong standard of English (written and verbal) alongside good general numeracy skills to handle delivery documentation and customer interactions effectively.
- Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Physical Fitness & Safety: Confident with manual handling and heavy lifting, fully compliant with PPE requirements (Hi-Vis & Safety Boots), and diligent in completing vehicle checks.
(Full role-specific training will be provided during onboarding.)
