We're looking for an Associate Partner to join us.
The role
As an Associate Partner, you turn client priorities into action and make delivery exceptional. You're a trusted, calming presence across complex client situations - working closely alongside the Partner and, increasingly, directly with the families themselves.
This isn't execution alone. You'll shape how difficult engagements are approached, anticipate where they'll get hard, and bring structured thinking to problems that have no template. You'll hold many live workstreams at once, often across several clients, and keep them moving when priorities shift. And because the Partner will bring you into client meetings wherever possible, you'll build the judgement, trust and presence that the most senior work requires.
What you'll do
- Lead complex, multi-party client engagements from priority to outcome
- Weigh what matters most across a Partner's portfolio and bring a clear view of the priorities
- Choreograph all the parts of an engagement: specialists, providers, timelines, workstreams, so that the whole moves as one and nothing is dropped
- Cultivate and manage the network of specialists who execute, ensuring the work that carries the firm's name meets the firm's standard
- Find better ways to work - including through AI and other tools
- Guide and develop the Associates who support your engagements
What we look for
- A strong record of delivering complex work end to end, holding many moving parts at once
- Sharp prioritisation and judgement - analytical about trade-offs, human in how you read them
- A bias to action and comfort with the ambiguity of an early-stage firm
- Composure when work is sensitive, complex or fast-moving
- The soft skill to manage specialists and navigate competing relationships around a single principal
Background
- Education: An undergraduate degree from a top-tier, globally recognised institution. Graduate education is welcome but not required
- Experience: A strong record of delivery in a demanding professional environment, with evidence of leading complex work and managing others
