Are you an experienced Accounts Manager with ACA, ACCA or equivalent and a genuine passion for leading people and building client relationships? You’ll take ownership of an established portfolio, nurture client relationships, guide and develop a talented team, and play a key role in shaping the continued growth of the practice.
General Leadership & Portfolio Management

Manage a portfolio of clients while building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and established clients
*
Assist in producing and presenting proposals for new work
*
Lead on recruitment, onboarding and development of team members
*
Take day‑to‑day responsibility for people management and development, including:
*
Providing regular, constructive feedback to build capability
*
Motivational leadership and team engagement
*
Completing performance reviews, 121s and probation reviews
Business Development
*
Actively seek opportunities to develop and grow business across the firm
*
Maintain awareness of the full range of services offered and identify opportunities to introduce these to clients
*
Support Partners/Directors with tender proposals
*
Undertake external speaking engagements where required
About You
*
ACA, ACCA or equivalent
*
Strong people management and leadership skills
*
Confident managing a portfolio and building long‑term client relationships
*
Commercially aware, proactive and relationship‑driven
