Electrician – Job Description
We are looking for motivated, fully qualified Electricians to join our team across our contracts. As an Electrician, you will work alongside supervisors, Electricians and apprentices, with a strong focus on safety, teamwork and high-quality workmanship. Electricians must be willing to support apprentice training and development.
Night shifts and occasional weekends are required and are paid at an enhanced rate.
Electrician Duties
* EICRs, PPM, reactive and remedial works
* Installation of containment and wiring systems
* Inspection and testing
* Working collaboratively with Electricians, apprentices and supervisors
* Completing all electrical work safely and to a high standard
Electrician Qualifications & Skills
* C&G NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
* 18th Edition
* Time served preferred
* Installation and EICR experience
* 2391 or equivalent; experience essential, qualification preferred
* Railway experience preferred
* Full clean UK driving licence preferred
* Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Electrician Package
* Up to £52,000, depending on experience
* Overtime available

Successful Electricians must complete a Network Rail medical, including drug and alcohol testing. A failed test will result in employment being ceased immediately
