How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Senior D365 SCM Consultant

Location: Milton Keynes (with travel to Domino’s sites as required)

    You Bring the Flavour

Are you a Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management expert who thrives on solving complex operational challenges and delivering scalable business solutions?
At Domino’s, we're transforming and enhancing our technology landscape to support one of the UK's largest food delivery networks. As our Senior D365 SCM Consultant, you'll play a key role in shaping and optimising supply chain and manufacturing processes across the business. You'll bring deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, helping us maximise standard functionality, drive process improvements, and deliver solutions that support operational excellence.
This is an opportunity to work on high-impact projects while collaborating with stakeholders across warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and technology. If you're passionate about turning business requirements into practical solutions and enjoy mentoring others along the way, we'd love to hear from you.

    What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who can combine strong functional expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills.

    Essential

Proven experience working as a D365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant, with previous exposure to AX2012 environments with strong understanding of warehousing, inventory management, procurement, planning, and manufacturing processes.

Strong experience in Advanced Warehouse Management, Production Control/Manufacturing, and Master Planning (MRP).

    Ability to produce high-quality:

    Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)

    Functional Design Documents (FDDs)

    Fit-Gap Analysis documentation

    Process maps and test scenarios

Experience supporting full project lifecycles, from requirements gathering through to testing, go-live, and business adoption.

Experience coaching and supporting junior consultants or team members.

Willingness to travel to various business sites as required.

    Desirable

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant certification.

Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Experience working in fast-paced supply chain, retail, distribution, manufacturing, or food production environments.

    What You'll Be Doing

As our Senior D365 SCM Consultant, you'll:

Lead requirements discovery workshops and challenge business processes to identify effective solutions.

Own solution design and fit-gap analysis across D365 Supply Chain Management.

Configure and optimise D365 SCM capabilities, particularly within Advanced Warehouse Management and Manufacturing.

Design end-to-end warehouse, inventory, procurement, planning, and production processes using standard D365 functionality wherever possible.

Produce clear and comprehensive functional documentation, including BRDs, FDDs, process flows, and testing materials.

Collaborate with solution architects, developers, integration teams, and delivery partners to deliver robust solutions.

Support system testing, user acceptance testing, go-live activities, and post-launch hypercare.

Provide expert guidance on best-practice processes and continuous improvement opportunities.

Support integrations with operational technologies and third-party systems where required.

Mentor junior consultants, sharing knowledge and helping develop team capability.

Ensure solutions meet governance, documentation, and compliance standards.

Stay up to date with D365 product developments and industry best practice.

    How We Will Support You

At Domino’s, we know our people are at their best when they're given the opportunity to grow and thrive.
    You'll benefit from:

The opportunity to work on strategically important transformation programmes.

A collaborative environment where your expertise and opinions are valued.

Ongoing professional development and learning opportunities.

Exposure to a diverse range of business functions and operational environments.

Supportive colleagues and leaders who encourage innovation and continuous improvement.

A culture that celebrates achievement and values individual contribution.
