How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    About Rehlko

Rehlko is a global leader in power and energy resilience. Formerly known as Kohler Energy, Rehlko has continually shaped the way the world powers homes, industries, and critical infrastructure.

As part of this exciting growth, WB Power Services has now become Rehlko. This transition marks our evolution into an OEM, allowing us to design, build, and deliver complete power solutions from the ground up. It is a transformation that strengthens our technical capability, expands our product range, and deepens the value we offer to our clients.

We retain the strong, values-led foundation of a family business while being empowered by the scale, resources, and global vision of Rehlko. For our people, this means new opportunities, larger projects, and the chance to shape the future of resilient, sustainable energy.

    About the Role

We are currently recruiting for two Regional Operations Manager opportunities, with positions available in either the North West (Manchester) or South East England (Cambridgeshire).

The responsibilities, scope, and expectations of the role are identical across both locations, giving candidates the opportunity to join the business in the region that best suits them.

You will lead all operational functions across your assigned region, including Engineering, Workshop, Hire Desk, Administration, Transport, and Stores, ensuring every department operates collaboratively to deliver outstanding customer service while achieving operational and commercial objectives.

As Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing a culture of ownership, professionalism, and continuous improvement, ensuring contractual obligations, safety standards, and customer expectations are consistently exceeded. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop operational strategies, improve depot performance, maximise fleet utilisation, and protect profitability across the region.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the operational performance of depots across your assigned region.

    • Provide leadership to engineering, transport, workshop, administration, and hire teams.

    • Take ownership of all regional administration, ensuring accurate contract management, invoicing, documentation, and reporting.

    • Drive operational excellence through effective planning, communication, and performance management.

    • Ensure all customer contractual obligations and service levels are achieved.

    • Improve fleet availability through effective workshop planning and engineering resource management.

    • Maximise fleet utilisation while protecting asset condition and presentation.

    • Develop depot teams through coaching, mentoring, and structured performance management.

    • Review operational KPIs and implement improvement plans where required.

    • Ensure all equipment leaving the depot meets company quality standards.

    • Lead customer escalations and operational reviews.

    • Drive continuous improvement across all operational processes.

    What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced operational leader with a background in managing complex engineering, logistics, or hire operations. You will demonstrate:

    • Strong leadership experience managing multiple operational departments.

    • Excellent organisational and planning skills.

    • Commercial awareness with the ability to improve profitability.

    • Experience managing operational KPIs.

    • Strong people management and coaching capability.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    • A proactive approach to continuous improvement.

    • The confidence to make decisions in a fast-paced operational environment.

Experience within Generator Hire, Temporary Power, Plant Hire, or associated industries is highly desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from exceptional operational leaders with transferable experience from engineering, fleet, logistics, industrial services, or technical service environments.

    What We Offer
