Objectives
As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the production process, working alongside colleagues to prepare, produce and pack food products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Production Opertative, your resposibilities include:
* Produce and pack food products
* Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
* Carry out quality checks
* Work towards production targets
* Operate equipment safely following training
* Maintain a clean and organised work area
* Support the wider production team
* Work in chilled environments when required
Requirements - What We're Looking For
The ideal Production Operative will be:
* Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
* Able to work permanent night shifts
* Comfortable standing for long periods
* Able to carry out manual handling tasks
* Good attention to detail and quality standards
* Able to work effectively as part of a team
* Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential
